This is the Privacy Policy of Amigas App (“Amigas”, “us”, “we”, "Service" or “our”) and is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Use.
Please read on to learn more about our data handling practices. Your use of the Service signifies that you are agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
1.INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- We collect the following categories of personal data that you provide directly to us: such as age, your sex or gender, gender identity that you provide in using Amigas, or other details that we do not ask for but that you choose to volunteer that may reveal characteristics of protected classifications under applicable law.
- You may use Amigas Services to chat with other users, freely choose between text chat and/or voice chat according to your need. We collect your activity information including with whom you have talked, at which time and for how long. Unless specifically required by applicable laws, we will not access to the chat content including your text and/or voice information. If you do not want to provide such information, please do not use functions related to chatting.
- When you choose to participate in our promotions, events, or contests, we collect the information that you use to register or enter. If you won a prize, we would collect the financial information to reward you.
- When you use Amigas, we will collect certain information from your device, including device model, device ID (Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, Mac address), software list, device running status information, operating system version, network log, internet connection situation, software usage records and IP address. We collect such information to perform bug analysis and take anti-spam measures, to ensure your normal use of Amigas, and to safeguard your account security. The information mentioned above is the basic information we need to provide you with our services. If you refuse to provide such device information, we may not be able to provide you with the normal services. We may also use the above mentioned information we collect automatically from your device to improve and optimize our product experience. In such circumstances, we will only process your device information based on your authorization and/or other available lawful basis provided in applicable data protection laws.
- We collect the information you give us during the interaction, if you contact our customer care team. We monitor or record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure a high quality of service.
- When you participate in surveys or focus groups, you give us your insights into our products and services, responses to our questions, and testimonials.

Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is the stuff that you're comfortable being publicly viewable since neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.

We use third parties to help us operate and improve our Services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, marketing, advertising, payment processing, and security operations. These service providers may access your personal data and are required to use it solely as we direct, to provide our requested service.

For instance, we may share limited information on you in hashed, non-human readable form to advertising partners. We are not responsible for virus protection outside our service network. We are also not responsible for the damage or destruction of user data. We will pursue every detected attack by hackers, etc. under civil law and, if necessary, by the prosecution.
5.HOW LONG WE STORE DATA
Storage Period
We store your Data as long as you are a user of the Products. Beyond that, we only store Data, if it is legally necessary (because of warranty, limitation or retention periods) or otherwise required.
6.Third-Party SDKs
By incorporating third-party SDKs, we aim to enrich the functionality, efficiency, and overall user experience of our products and services. However, it is essential to recognize that these SDKs may capture certain data pertaining to your usage habits, device characteristics, and other pertinent details. We employ Bugly for aiding in the resolution of crash issues, as well as for the analysis and precise identification of the underlying problem. 7.YOUR RIGHTS
We want you to be in control of your information, so we have provided you with the following tools:
- Access / Update tools in the service: Tools and account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that's associated with your account directly within the service.
- Device permissions: Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phone book and location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.

8.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the service. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal data, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their profile information from our Services. If we do delete a Profile because you violated our no children rule, we may retain basic account and profile information to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.
9.Account Deletion
How to delete your account?
- You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service. Open Amigas App and log in, Tap Me > Settings > Delete account > Confirm to delete your account. or
- Visit Amigas official Website https://www.amigaspro.com, Click “Delete Account” > Log in > Confirm to delete your account.
What will happen when I submit a request for account deletion?
Subject to satisfaction and/or waiver of the conditions for deletion as set out above, the Account will be deleted immediately upon your request.
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your message history, preferences or any other information associated with your use of our Services. Besides, Props associated with your account will not be remained. No refunds will be provided for any unused or unredeemed Coins or Gifts. Therefore, we advise you to use them before deleting your account.
You acknowledge that Amigas may retain certain information about you for the activities described in this Privacy Policy, or as permitted or required by applicable law.Even after you remove information from your account or profile, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere, to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users.
10.PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
We may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy as appropriate and form part of this Privacy Policy. If such changes result in a significant reduction in your rights under this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by prompting or sending an email or otherwise prominently on the homepage before the amendments become effective. In this case, if you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by this revised Privacy Policy.
